Tinda Aloo ki Sabji
INGREDIENTS:
2 tindas
1 potato
1 onion
3 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1.5 tsp chilli powder
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder(daniya
1/2 tsp cumin powder(jeera)
Coriander leaves chopped
PROCEDURE:
- In a pan heat oil ,add jeera,haldi
- Put chopped garlic and onion and saute for 5 minutes
- Add potato cut into cubes and cover with a lid till it is half cooked
- Add salt to taste ,tinda cut into pieces and all the spices and cover
- Cook till it is cooked
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with phulkas
