Veg Paneer Angara
Thanks to E TV GUJARATI RASOI SHOW for this recipe!! very yummy and tasty side dish for
the naan, roti or phulkas!!!
INGREDIENTS:
50 gms paneer
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup carrot cut into dices
1/4 cup beans chopped
1/2 capsicum
2 chopped onions
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp kasuri methi
2 tblsp khova
For the masala grind the below mentioned ingredients:
1 onion fried
1 tomato
1/2 inch ginger
5 garlic cloves
3 tsp cashew nuts
PROCEDURE:
- In a pan heat 2 tsp oil ,saute onions and capsicum cubes ,blanched other veggies,salt and cook for 2 minutes transfer it into a bowl
- In the same pan ,put remaining oil and fry the ground masala for 5 minutes
- Add chilli powder,coriander -cumin powder,turmeric powder ad fry
- Add khova,kasuri methi,ketchup,fried paneer cubes,salt to taste and mix well
- Add 1/2 cup water and make it boil for 5 minutes
- Garnish with coriander leaves
