Urad and Moong dal dosa
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup urad dal (split black gram )
2 cups moong dal (split green gram)
3 green chillies
1 inch ginger piece
Salt to taste
oil as required
PROCEDURE:
- Soak both dals in water for 3-4 hours
- Wash and grind with green chillies ,ginger into a fine paste
- Add salt and water to adjust the consistency (medium thick )
- Heat tava and make thin dosas adding little oil
- Serve with coconut chutney
NOTE : No fermentation is required
Looks very nice but what is the dosa rice proportion ?
