Methi Sticks
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup maida/all purpose flour
2 tblsp wheat flour
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 tsp hot oil
salt to taste
2 tblsp kasoori methi
Oil for deep frying
water as required to knead the dough
PROCEDURE:
- In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients
- Add hot oil and mix well
- Make dough adding water
- Devide into balls and roll into thin rotis
- Cut the rotis into strips and deep fry
- Store in an airtight container
