Adraki Chilli Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
2 breast pieces of chicken cut into small cubes
1/2 cup onion cut into cubes (separate the layers)
1/4 capsicum cut into cubes
10 garlic cloves finely chopped 2 inches ginger piece finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
4 tsp oil
2 tsp soya sauce
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp red chilli powder diluted in 1/4 cup water
2 tsp corn flour diluted in 3 tblsp water
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
chopped spring onion greens for garnishing
PROCEDURE:

PROCEDURE:
- In a kadai heat oil and fry ginger,garlic and green chillies till light brown in colour
- Add onion and capsicum cubes and saute on a high flame for 3-4 mins with lil salt
- Put the chicken and cook without lid
- When it is cooked add soya sauce and chilli paste,salt to taste and toss well
- Add the corn flour slurry and mix
- Cook for 5 mins,add sugar and lime juice
- Garnish with chopped sring onion greens
- Serve ot with any rice or noodles
