Appe HuLi
This i a typical Havyak Brahmin's recipe from Sirsi ,North Karnataka!! You can enjoy this with hot rice!!You can also have this as an apeizer!!
INGREDIENTS:
1 small raw mango
1 small green chilli
Salt to taste
Jaggery to taste (optional)
Water as needed
FOR TEMPERING:
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves
pinch hing(asafoetida pdr)
1 broken red chilli
PROCEDURE:
INGREDIENTS:
1 small raw mango
1 small green chilli
Salt to taste
Jaggery to taste (optional)

FOR TEMPERING:
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves
pinch hing(asafoetida pdr)
1 broken red chilli
PROCEDURE:
- Cook the raw mango in cooker with little water
- Peel it and extract the pulp
- Take around 3 tblsp pulp,add water ,salt ,jaggery to taste,crushed green chilli ad mix well
- Temper with the mentioned ingredients
- serve chilled with hot rice
