Egg Masala Fry
3 boiled eggs cut into halves
4 tsp oil
1tsp mustad
2 slit green chillies
Salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
FOR THE MASALA:
In 2 tsp oil fry small piece of cinnamon,1 clove,1 elaichi,4 peppercorns,2 tsp coriander seeds,1/2 inch ginger,5 garlic cloves,4 byadgi or kashmiri red chillies,1 chopped onion,1 tomato,1 tsp khus khus (poppy seeds)1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
Fry the above ingredients till the onion becomes light brown and grind to a fine paste
PROCEDURE:
- In oil saute egg with little salt for 2 mins and keep aside
- In samepan put mustard and when it starts crackling add slit green chillies,and ground masala and fry well
- Add little water,boiled eggs,salt to taste and boil it for 5 mins
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
