Paper Dosa 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup dosa rice
1/4 cup urad dal /Skinless split black gram
!/4 cup mixed 3 types of dals like Chana dal (bengal gram )
Toor dal and moong dal
1/2 cup poha/ beaten rice
1 tsp methi / fenugreek seeds salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa
PROCEDURE:

1/2 cup poha/ beaten rice

Oil for cooking dosa
PROCEDURE:
- Soak rice methi seeds and dals in water for 5 hours
- Wash it and grind with washed poha and keep overnight
- Next day morning ,add salt and make thin dosas
- Serve hot with chutney and potato sabji or sambar
