Soya Tikki Pav

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup soya beans soaked in water for 3-4 hrs
1 chopped onion
2 bread slices
1 boiled potato
1/2 inch ginger and 3 green chillies crushed
1 tsp garam masala 
1 tsp cumin pdr
1/2 tsp chat masala
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying tikkis
Bread crumbs

For Serving:
3 tblsp Schezuan chutney or any other chutney of your choice
Pav 
Butter  

PROCEDURE:
  • Grind Coarsely the soya beans and mix the other ingredients  except oil and bread crumbs
  •  Shape into tikkis and shallow fry on tava
  • Toast the pav  with  butter ,cut it and apply chtney on both the pieces
  • Place tikki between the slices andserve hot with ketchup
