Carrot n Potato Bhajjunu upkari
INGREDIENTS:
2 potatoes
2 carrots
6-8 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
3 red chillies
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:

PROCEDURE:
- Peel potatoes and carrots
- Cut them into thin square pieces and wash well
- Apply salt and keep for 20 mins
- Heat oil in a non stick pan,add mustard
- When it starts crackling add broke red chillies and fry for a minute
- Drain water from the potato and carrots and put in the pan and mix well,cover with a lid and cook till it is cooked
- Serve hot with rice and dal!!
- You can prepare this using only potato also!!
