Tava Pulav 2
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked rice (u can use leftover rice)
6 tsp oil or ghee
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 sliced onions
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp pav bhaji masala powder
2-3 tsp red chilli paste
chopped veggies like carrot,beans,gobi,capsicum and green peas
3 chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
choppe coriander leaves
PROCEDURE:
- In a pan heat oil and saute onion slice till transparent
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry
- Put veggies ,salt and cook till it is cooked
- Add tomatoes and cook till it is well blended
- Put all the spices,chilli paste and fry well
- add the cooked rice,salt to taste and chopped coriander leaves and toss well
- serve with raita!!
TO MAKE RED CHILLI PASTE:
Soak 1cup deseeded red chillies in warm water for15 minsand grind with 8-10 garlic cloves into a fine paste. store in refrigerator !!
