Baingan tava fry
INGREDIENTS:
1 dark purple coloured brinjal
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
1/2 cup masala oats
Some chopped curry leaves
Make paste of:
2 tblsp rice flour
3 tblsp chilli pdr
salt to taste
1 tsp hing/asafoetida pdr
Add water and make thick paste
PROCEDURE:

PROCEDURE:
- Wash and cut the brinjal into thin slices
- Apply paste according to your taste on all the slices
- Mix oats and chopped curry leaves
- Roll each brinjal slice in it and roast it on tava on a medium flame,using oil till it is cooked
