Ragi Dosa

1 cup urad dal /Skinless split white lentils
2 cups Ragi/ finger millet flour
Salt to taste 
Oil for cooking dosa


  • Soak urad dal in water for 5-6 hrs
  • Wash and grind to a smooth batter and ferment overnight
  • Next day take ragi flour ina bowl and mix with water and make a smooth batter
  • Add this to urad dal,add salt ,water if needed
  • Heat tava and make thin dosas,cooikng both the sides using ghee or oil
  • Serve hot with chutney !!
