Pattha gobi paratha
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup finely chopped pattha gobi / cabbage
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp jeera pdr
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp haldi pdr
1/2 tsp garam masala pdr
chopped coriander leaves
3 tsp oil + oil or ghee for cooking paratha
salt to taste
FOR THE ROTI :
1 cup wheat flour
Salt to taste
Water as needed
PROCEDURE:
- Mix the ingredients of roti and knead a semi soft dough and keep covered
- Wash cabbage and chop finely
- In a pan heat oil and saute onions for 2 mins
- Add green chilli paste and fry for 2 mins
- Add cabbage and saute for 5 mins on a high flame
- Add all the spices,coriander leaves and switch off the gas
- Add salt and mix well
- Devide the dough into portions and make balls
- Roll each ball and stuff around 2 tblsp of stuffing ,close it and again roll into semi thick paratha
- Heat pan and cook the parathas adding oil or ghee on both the sides
- serve hot with curds and pickle or any chutney of your choice and enjoy !!!
