Tamatar ke Chaval


INGREDIENTS:
2 cups rice cooked in cooker
6 tsp oil / ghee
2 sliced onions
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1/2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp Kitchen King masala or any garam masala
2 slit green chillies
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped  beans and carrot
Salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan heat oil,saute sliced onions till translucent
  • Add slit green chillies and ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes
  • Put chopped veggies ,salt to taste and cook covered ,till veggies are cooked
  • add tomatoes and cook till they become pulpy
  • Now add all the soice powders and fry fora minute
  • Put the cooked rice,salt to taste and soya sauce,toss well
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with any raita of your choice !!!
