Urad n Rice Dosa


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup urad dal
2 cups dosa rice
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa

PROCEDURE:

  • Soak rice and dal in water for 5-6 hrs
  • Wash and grind into a fine paste and keep overnight for fermentation
  • Add salt and water if needed and adjust the consistency of the batter
  • Heat tava and make dosa, cook  on both the sides ,adding 2-3 tsp oil
  • Serve hot with chutney or any spicy gravy!!
