Sabudana Dosa
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups dosa rice
3/4 cup urad dal
3/4 cup sago/ sabudana
3/4 cup poha/avalakki/ beaten rice
1 tsp methi/ fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking dosa
PROCEDURE:
- Soak rice,dal,sago and methi in water for 5-6 hrs
- Wash poha and add to it before grinding
- Grind the ingredients into a fine batter
- Ferment overnight
- Add salt,water and adjust the consistency of batter
- Het tava ,take one laddle full batter and spread a lil thick dosa
- Flip ,and cook both the sides with 2-3 tsp oil
- Serve hot with chutney!!
