Overnight soaked oatmeal


INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk or curd
2- 3 tsp chia seeds/ sabja seeds
4 tsp honey
1 cup chopped fruits of your choice ( I used banana, apple, grapes and mango)
3 tblsp chopped nuts like almonds,cashew nuts and raisins

PROCEDURE:

  • Take one glass jar or glass ,put the oats ,curds or milk
  • Add honey,sabja seeds and chopped fruits and nuts
  • Close it with a lid and refrigerate overnight
  • Just get them out of the fridge next morning and enjoy
