Gobi Fry ( Tava fried)
INGREDIENTS:
5 slices of gobi / cauliflower
Oil for shallow frying
3 tblsp rice flour
2 tblsp besan / chickpea flour
2 tblsp fine rava / semolina
1/2 tsp red chilli pdr
Salt to taste
Marinate gobi with :
Salt to taste
red chilli pdr to taste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 sprig of curry leaves finely chopped
PROCEDURE:

PROCEDURE:
- Put the gobi slices in salted warm water for 20 mins. Wash well and drain the ater completely
- Marinate with the ingredients mentioned above and keep aside for 10 mins
- In a bowl put rice flour,besan,rava, salt and red chilli pdr, mix well and keep
- Heat tava, roll the marinated gobi slices in the flour mixture and arrange it on hot tava
- Add oil and cover with a lid
- Cook on a medium flame , once it is cooked open the lid and roast it until it becomes little crisp and brown
- Serve hot with rice and dal
