Badam Ragi Milk

1/2 cup ragi / finger millet
8-10 almonds/ badam
1 tsp elaichi / cardamom pdr
Powdered jaggery or honey as per taste


  • Wash and soak ragi in enough water with almonds for 1-2 hrs
  • Grind with water into a fine paste
  • Add 1-2 cups water and strain it 
  • Add cardamom pdr and jaggery to the collected ragi milk and mix well
  • Serve chilled.
