Bread Dosa


The recipe of this dosa belongs to Mrs. Pratima Adiga!! this is a very soft  and spongy dosa  very good for your breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup dosa rice
1/2 cup poha(beaten rice)
1 tsp fenugreek seeds (methi)
3/4 cup curd
Salt to taste
Pinch of cooking soda
Oil for making dosa

PROCEDURE:

  • Soak rice,methi seeds in water for 5- 6 hours
  • Wash and grind with washed poha and curd to a fine paste
  • Keep for fermentation(for 7-8 hours)
  • Add salt to taste and a pinch of soda and make thick dosas 
  • Serve with coconut chutney or saagu
