Tandla Bhakri
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup boiled rice
1/4 cup dosa rice(raw rice)
1 cup fresh grated coconut(white portion only)
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking bhakri
PROCEDURE:
- Soak both the rice in water for 6-8 hrs ,wash and grind into thick batter (rava consistency)
- This bhakri is supposed to be made immediately once you grind the batter
- If it is left,then refrigerate it and use naxt day
- Heat tava,take a small portion of batter and pat it directly on tava to form a bhakri
- Add 2 tsp oil and cook on both the sides
- Serve hot with butter and jaggery syrup or any spicy curry!!
