Tandla Bhakri

1 cup boiled rice
1/4 cup dosa rice(raw rice)
1 cup fresh grated coconut(white portion only)
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking bhakri


  • Soak both the rice in water for 6-8 hrs ,wash and grind into thick batter (rava consistency)
  • This bhakri is supposed to be made immediately once you grind the batter
  • If it is left,then refrigerate it and use naxt day
  • Heat tava,take a small portion of batter and pat it directly on tava to form a bhakri
  • Add 2 tsp oil and cook on  both the sides
  • Serve hot with butter and jaggery syrup or any spicy curry!!
