Storing Green Peas
PROCEDURE: In a broad vessel keep enough water for boiling, add the fresh green peas once the water starts boiling Cook for 2-3 mins, drain the water Put the green peas in cold water with ice cubes After 10 mins or once it becomes cool drain all the water Store in a ziplock bag and keep in the freezer!!
