Pyaaz patthi Gobi ki Sabzi
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped pyaaz patthi Onion stems)
2 cups gobi florets(cauliflower
1 chopped onion
1 tsp jeera(cumin)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
1/2 lime juice
PROCEDURE:
- In kadai take oil ,add jeera and chopped onion
- Saute onion , add turmeric powder, chilli powder and fry for a second
- Add gobi florets ,salt and cover with a lid
- when it is half cooked add pyaaz ki patthi and mix
- Cook till it is done
- Finally add lime juice and serve hot with rice or rotis
