Pyaaz patthi Gobi ki Sabzi


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped pyaaz patthi Onion stems)
2 cups gobi florets(cauliflower
1 chopped onion
1 tsp jeera(cumin)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
1/2 lime juice

PROCEDURE:


  • In kadai take oil ,add jeera and chopped onion
  • Saute onion , add turmeric powder, chilli powder and fry for a second
  • Add gobi florets ,salt and cover with a lid
  • when it is half cooked add pyaaz ki patthi and mix 
  • Cook till it is done
  •  Finally add lime juice and serve hot with rice or rotis
