Ananas Nariyal ki Barfi
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups grated coconut
1/2 cup pineapple grated (Ananas)
2 tblsp ghee +for greasing
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
PROCEDURE:
- Grind coconut grated (without water)
 - In kadai heat ghee and saute coconut paste
 - Add pineapple grated and stir well
 - Add sugar and mix till sugar melt
 - Stir continuously till the mixture forms a lump
 - Add cardamom powder and spread it on a greased plate
 - After it comes to room temparature cut into pieces
