Ananas Nariyal ki Barfi


2 cups grated coconut
1/2 cup pineapple grated (Ananas)
2 tblsp ghee +for greasing
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder


  • Grind coconut grated (without water)
  • In kadai heat ghee and saute coconut paste
  • Add pineapple grated and stir well
  • Add sugar and mix till sugar melt
  • Stir continuously till  the mixture forms a lump
  • Add cardamom powder and spread it on a greased plate
  • After it comes to room temparature cut into pieces
