Brinjal Tava Fry


INGREDIENTS:

2 white or any big size brinjals
oil for frying
Salt to tast
PROCEDURE:

Make paste of   :2 tsp rice flour,7-8 tsp chilli powder,salt to taste,1/2 tsp assafoetida powder, with little water
Slice the brinjals and apply the paste
Roll the slicesin rice flour
Roast on tava with oil
Serve hot with rice and rasam
