Corn Rice
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked rice
1 sliced onion
4 tsp oil
3 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup corn kernels
1 chopped carrot
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Corriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Cook rice in cooker with salt (1:2 water)
- Crush ginger,garlic and green chillies
- In a pan take oil saute sliced onion for 5 minutes and add crushed chilli paste
- Fry for 2 minutes ,add veggies ,little salt and cover till it is cooked
- add turmeric powder, garam masala,and cooked rice and mix well
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with raita
