Kadai Veg

INGREDIENTS:

2 chopped oions+1 onion chopped
1/2 cup curd
2 cups chopped veggies likecauliflower,beans baby corn,carrot(boiled)
1/2 chopped capsicum
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp corriander powder
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
corriander leaves
4 tsp oil
salt to taste

PROCEDURE:


  • Deepfry 2 onions chopped and grind with curd (this is brown onion paste)
  • In kadai take oil ,saute chopped 1 onion and ginger garlic paste
  • Add chopped capsicum and cook
  • Add turmeric powder,chilli and corriander powder and fry
  • Put 2 tblsp brown onion paste and boiled veggies,salt
  • Add little water and make it boil
  • Garnish with corriander powder
