Kerala style Egg Masala


6 boiled eggs
2 chopped onions
1 tomato chopped
4 tsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
coriander leaves

For masala:
3 tsp coconut,1 tomato and1 onion, chopped,2 tsp corriander powder,3 tsp chilli powder,little tamarind,2 cloves,small cinnamon piece,1/2 tsp shahi jeera  ---make a fine paste
  • Take a sauce pan and put oil in it  and saute chopped onions till transparent
  • Add chopped tomato and turmeric powder and fry 
  • Add the masala and fry for 5 minutes
  • Add 1/2 cup water ,salt to taste and boiled eggs cut into halves and cook for 5-10 minutes and garnish with corriander leaves 
  • Serve hot with any rice or roti
