Makai Baingan Bharta


1 brinjal
1/4 cup corn kernels
1 green chilli
2 tsp chilli powder
1 chopped tomato
2 chopped onions
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
corriander leave and ginger julians  for garnishing
4 tsp oil


  • Take brinjal ,apply oil and roast on gas flame orin oven
  • Peel it and take pulp and mash it
  • In kadai take oil and put ginger garlic paste,chopped green chilli and fry 
  • add chopped onion and fry
  • Put chopped tomato and fry well
  • Add all spices and fry till aroma comes
  • Put brinjal pulp,,boiled corn kernels sat and 1/4 cup water and boil
  • Garnish with corriander leaves and ginger julians
