Rajma Chaval
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rajma (kidney beans)
5 tsp oil
4 chopped garlic cloves
2 chopped onions
2 tsp coriander ,cumin powder(daniya jeera )
1 chopped tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 cup curd
1 tsp kasuri methi
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Cook rajma with 1 tsp chopped ginger and 2 cups water till it becomes soft
- In kadai take oil and sautechopped garlic and onion for 5 minutes
- Add chopped tomato and fry well
- Add all spices and fry
- Put boiled rajma,kasuri methi and curd
- Boil the gravy for 5-10 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve with any rice or roti
