Schezuan Potato


INGREDIENTS:

20 parboiled and peeled baby potatoes
3 tsp oil + oil for deep frying
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 chopped onions
3 tsp Schezuan sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp honey
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Deep fry boiled potatoes and keep
  • In a pan take oil and saute chopped garlic and onion for 3-4 minutes
  • Add all the remaining ingredients ,stir for a minute 
  • Put deep fried potatoes and toss well
  • Garnish with coriander leaves or spring onion
