Set Dosa with Veg. Kurma


3 cups rice
1 cup urad dal
1 cup sabudana
1/2 cup chana dal
1/2 tsp methi seeds
Soak all the ingredients for 5 hours and grind to a smooth paste and keep overnight for fermetation.


  • Add salt to taste to the batter 
  • Heat tava and make thick dosa
  • Flip the side and roast a little 

2 cups mixed ,chopped veggies like beans, potato, cauliflower,and green peas
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
4 tsp oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

For masala:
In kadai take 2 tsp oil and roast 1/4 cup coconut,1 tsp corriander seeds,1 tsp jeera,3 garlic cloves,small ginger piece,4 red chillies---grind to fine paste


  • In kadai take oil and saute chopped onion till light pink in colour
  • Add chopped tomato and fry 
  • Add masala , turmeric powder and fry
  • Put boiled veggies , salt to taste and bring it to boil
  • garnish with corriander leaves
