Set Dosa with Veg. Kurma
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups rice
1 cup urad dal
1 cup sabudana
1/2 cup chana dal
1/2 tsp methi seeds
Soak all the ingredients for 5 hours and grind to a smooth paste and keep overnight for fermetation.
PROCEDURE:
- Add salt to taste to the batter
- Heat tava and make thick dosa
- Flip the side and roast a little
INGREDIENTS FOR KURMA:
2 cups mixed ,chopped veggies like beans, potato, cauliflower,and green peas
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
4 tsp oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
For masala:
In kadai take 2 tsp oil and roast 1/4 cup coconut,1 tsp corriander seeds,1 tsp jeera,3 garlic cloves,small ginger piece,4 red chillies---grind to fine paste
PROCEDURE:
- In kadai take oil and saute chopped onion till light pink in colour
- Add chopped tomato and fry
- Add masala , turmeric powder and fry
- Put boiled veggies , salt to taste and bring it to boil
- garnish with corriander leaves
