Veg. Spring Roll


INGREDIENTS:

For the wrap:

1 cup maida 
3 tsp oil 
Salt to taste
Knead the dough with little water and keep for 1/2 an hour.

For the filling:
3 tsp oil+oil for frying
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
4 chopped mushrooms
1 chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar

PROCEDURE:

  • In a pan heat oil and saute garlic, onion for 2 minutes on high flame
  • Add veggies and mushrooms one by one and saute for 3 minutes
  • Add soya sauce,pepper powder ,Salt and vinegar and mix well and cool it
  • Take the dough and devide into small balls
  • Roll the balls into thin rotis and roast for only a second on hot tava and keep
  • Take one roti and keep around 3 tsp filling and close the sides ,and roll it tightly and seal the edge with little water
  • Deep fry into golden brown,crispy rolls
  • Serve with ketchup
