Buttermilk Kokum Kadi


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup buttermilk
4 tsp kokum syrup
2 tsp oil
Salt and sugar to taste
2 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp mustard
curry leaves
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

PROCEDURE:

  • In a bowl mix butter milk,salt ,sugar and kokum syrup 
  • Add 1/4 cup water if needed
  • Add the tempering
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves 
  • Serve chilled with hot rice
  • You can also drink it as an apetizer .
