Doodhi upkari


Doodhi also called pumpkin in english and cheeni kaayi in kannada.this is a very simple upkari/stir fry.Goes well with rice .this is a typical konkani delicacy.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups pumpkin cut into pieces
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
2 chopped green chillies
1/4 tsp asafoetida
