Wheat flour dosa
This dosa recipe is very simple and easy .You can prepare this within 5 minutes without any preparations. As there is no maida in this recipe ,it is good for health also .Thanks to my friend who shared this recipe!!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
3 cups water (approximately)
Salt to taste
For tempering:
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 chopped onion
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
PROCEDURE:
- In a bowl mix flour ,salt and water
- Make a tempering with the ingredients (except onion and coriander leaves)
- Add the tempering to the batter
- Batter consistency should be like neer dosa or rava dosa batter (watery)
- Heat tava ,take a laddle of batter and pour it from outside the tava and fill all the gaps to form a dosa
- Add 2 tsp oil and roast it on a medium flame till it becomes crisp
- Serve hot with any chutney
NOTE:you can't spread this dosa .You have to pour the batter as it is watery
