Potato Scotch Egg


INGREDIENTS:
2 boiled eggs
2 boiled potatoes
3 tsp corn flour
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying

PROCEDURE:

  • Mash the potatoes and mix with salt,garam masala,chilli powder,cornflour 
  • Remove the shell of boiled eggs and apply little salt over it and keep aside
  • Devide potato mixture into 2 portions, flatten it little and keep the boiled egg.
  • Cover the whole egg with the potato mixture evenly.
  • Roll it in bread crumbs  and press tightly
  • Deep fry on a medium flame into brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with ketchup
