Chinese Mushrooms


This is a very simple ,easy and yummy recipe  of my favourite Chef Sanjeev Kapoor!!I love all his recipes!!The original recipe was with chicken.but I've tried it with mushrooms!! It was fantastic!!So here I want to share it with you all :)

INGREDIENTS:
8 mushrooms
1/2 cup boiled n deep fried noodles
1/4 cup spring onion white part chopped
1/4 cup spring onion greens finely chopped
2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
3 tblsp SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY (CHING'S)
1/2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
4 tsp oil
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

  • Boil the noodles as per instructions on the pack ,strain and cool it
  • Deep fry it till it becomes crisp n keep aside
  • In a pan heat oil and saute spring onion whites and add chopped mushrooms 
  • saute for 2 minutes on a high flame
  • Add soya sauce,vinegar,salt and cook for 3 minutes
  • Put schezuan chutney,spring onion greens,fried noodles and sprinkle lil water and mix well
  • Finally garnish with spring onion greens and sesame seeds
  • Serve hot
