Sabudana Pulav



INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sabudana
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 cup fineely chopped carrot,beans and some green peas
3 green chillies or 1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala or pav bhaji masala
1 tsp lime juice
4 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves

PROCEDURE:

  • Soak sabudana/sago in water for 3 hours or overnight in water just enough to immerse sago
  • Take a pan and heat oil
  • Add chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes
  • Add green chillies,veggies and cover with a lid
  • Add salt,all masala powders and fry
  • Put soaked sago,lime juice and toss well
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
