Tangdi Kabab


2 chicken leg pieces
3-4 tsp oil
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp besan(gram flour)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tblsp thick curds
Salt to taste


  • Wash and clean the leg pieces and make 2-3 cuts on it
  • Mix it with marination ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Arrange it on OTG tray and put oil on it 
  • Grill it for 15- 20 minutes at 200 degrees in pre heated OTG
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges
