Basa Fish fry


INGREDIENTS:
200 gms basa fish fillets cut into cubes
oil for deep frying
FOR THE MARINATION:
5 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 tblsp corn flour
2 tblsp maida
Salt to taste
Chopped curry leaves 2 tblsp

PROCEDURE:

  • Wash and clean the fish
  • Mix the ingredients of marination with little water and make a paste
  • Apply it to the fish and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
  • Deep fry into golden brown colour
