Beetroot Salad


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup boiled and grated beetroot
1 chopped green chilli
1 chopped onion
2 tsp fresh grated coconut
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
FOR TEMPERING:
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard
curry leaves
PROCEDURE:

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients 
  • Temper with the ingredients and serve chilled
