Mango Granita

Pulp of 2 mangoes (around 1 cup)
8-10 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp lime juice


  • Put the ingredients in a blender
  • Transfer the blended mango pulp in a container and keep in freezer
  • After 5-6 hours when it is set,take out and scrape it with a fork
  • Keep again in freezer for 1 hour
  • Serve  with or without vanilla ice cream
