Mango Granita
INGREDIENTS:
Pulp of 2 mangoes (around 1 cup)
8-10 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp lime juice
PROCEDURE:
- Put the ingredients in a blender
- Transfer the blended mango pulp in a container and keep in freezer
- After 5-6 hours when it is set,take out and scrape it with a fork
- Keep again in freezer for 1 hour
- Serve with or without vanilla ice cream
