Mango Ice cream 2

1 cup full fat milk
1 cup milk powder
1/2 cup sugar powder
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 alphonso mango (use pulp)


  • In a bowl mix milk,sugar powder,milk powder,cream, mango pulp  and put in a blender
  • Transfer the mixture in a alluminium or plastic container and keep on freezer
  • After 1 hour again put  it in a blender and keep in freezer
  • Then it will take 5-6 hours to set
Note:If you want vanilla ice cream then use 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence or you can also use any fruits of your choice
