Tadkewala aalu ka raita
INGREDIENTS:
2 boiled potatoes
1 cup curd
2 green chillies
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
pinch of asafoetida(hing)
3 tsp oil
1/2 tsp chat masala
1 red chilli
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- In a pan heat oil and put mustard
- when it crackles,add curry leaves,hing,jeera, chopped green chillies,red chilli and fry
- Put potato cubes,salt to taste and fry for 5 minutes
- When it comes to room temperature add curd to it and mix well
- Gernish with chopped coriander leaves and chat masala
- Serve chilled with rice!!
