Urad and Moong dal dosa

1 cup urad dal (split black gram )
2 cups moong dal (split green gram)
3 green chillies
1 inch ginger piece
Salt to taste
oil as required

  • Soak both dals in water for 3-4 hours
  • Wash and grind with green chillies ,ginger into a fine paste
  • Add salt and water to adjust the consistency (medium thick )
  • Heat tava and make thin dosas adding little oil
  • Serve with coconut chutney
NOTE : No fermentation is required
