Litchi Kulfi



INGREDIENTS:
1/2 ltr full fat milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 cup condensed milk
10 nos finely chopped litchi
PROCEDURE:

  • Mix all theingredients except litchi and blend the mixture
  • Transfer the mixture in a plastic container and keep in the freezer
  • after 1 hour again blend it ,add chopped litchies and put in the kulfi moulds and keep in freezer
  • After 4-6 hours it will be ready to eat
