Baby Potato Fry

1 cup boiled  ,peeled baby potatoes (dont over cook the aloo)
5 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
5-6 crushed garlic cloves (optional)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
curry leaves
Salt to taste

  • Cut the aloo if it is big , apply salt  and keep for 15 minutes
  • In a non stick kadai heat oil and put mustard and curry leaves
  • When mustard starts crackling add garlic and fry for 3 minutes
  • Add the potatoes  and fry till it becomes light brown in colour
  • Put all the powders and mix well 
  • Cook for 5 minutes and serve with rice  or roti
