Baby Potato Fry
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup boiled ,peeled baby potatoes (dont over cook the aloo)
5 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
5-6 crushed garlic cloves (optional)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
curry leaves
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Cut the aloo if it is big , apply salt and keep for 15 minutes
- In a non stick kadai heat oil and put mustard and curry leaves
- When mustard starts crackling add garlic and fry for 3 minutes
- Add the potatoes and fry till it becomes light brown in colour
- Put all the powders and mix well
- Cook for 5 minutes and serve with rice or roti
