Ribbon Papad


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup besan /bengal gram flour
3 tsp rice flour
3 tsp hot oil
salt to taste
1 tsp ajwaim/carom seeds
pinch of asafoetida
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp sesame seeds/til
Water as needed
Oil for frying
PROCEDURE:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with water and make a soft dough (like chakli )
  • Put in a mould and deep fry
